O’Neil Patrick Gazeley passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 14th, 2018 at Hill House Hospice in Richmond Hill at age 91. Beloved husband for 53 years of Lucille Gazeley (Nadon) and loving father of Anne-Michele Fowler (Joe), Sharon Gazeley (Mark) and Marie Ferguson (Gerard). Best “Pa” to Emma, Kate, Ewan, Theo, Camille and Luke. Neil was born on July 1st, 1927 to the late Charles Gazeley and Genevieve Morris. Dear sibling of Ray Gazeley (Alice) and predeceased by Lillian Salmon (Ross), Jack Gazeley (Carol), Elizabeth Gazeley, Father Charles Gazeley, Muriel Blomeley (James) and Genevieve McMahon. Brother-in-law to Dennis McMahon. Neil was a founding member of Brebeuf College in 1963 where he worked as vice-principal until his retirement. Neil will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends and the extended Brebeuf community.

Family and friends will be received at Marshall Funeral Home, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill on Sunday November 18th, 2018 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday November 19th, 2018 at Our Lady Queen of the World Parish, 10411 Bayview Avenue, Richmond Hill. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
