Condolence: I am so sorry to find out about Seppo's passing. I just came across the news online. I ran into him a few times, during motorcycle rides. I didn't get to know him well, but from what I knew, he was a good and gentle soul. I'm sorry Monique for your loss and everyone's losses. May he rest in peace. Vid

Condolence: Seppo was one of a kind - gentle, kind, yet strong of mind and will and most of all, a true, true friend always throughout the forty-odd years I have known him, regardless of the gaps in seeing each other during those many years. Seppo is one of those rare unforgettable people and will never be forgotten - nor will his infectious sense of humour and that laughing twinkle in his eye and quiver in his smile. I will remember you always Seppo and will never forget the great times we shared on or off the water. It was a privilege to have been one of your friends. Cheers my friend!

Condolence: On behalf of the CMLTO Council & Staff, my deepest sympathies to the Nieminen family. Seppo was a conscientious professional and a loyal, dedicated consultant to the College for 25 years. I worked with him for 19 years; he was a good friend and trusted colleague. I will miss his professional support but mostly his ca;m presence, the twinkle in his eyes, and the many laughs and conversations we shared. He is greatly missed by his CMLTO family.

Condolence: It was strange coming into work today and not seeing you here, after 9 1/2 years. Each week I'd stop in and say good morning and we would catch up on family, travels, and motorcycles. I will miss your gentle smile, the twinkle in your eye and all the wisdom you've passed down to me. My condolences to your family and friends.

Condolence: My condolences to Seppo's family and friends. Seppo was a colleague at CMLTO for 17 years. What I'm remembering now is his infectious laugh and that mischievous gleam in his eye whenever we shared a meal. I hope he's riding a Harley somewhere in the Great Beyond even now.
